  • Yes, I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), and self-pay clients. If I am out-of-network for your plan, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement. Every insurance provider has different policies, so I encourage you to check with your provider about out-of-network coverage. You may want to ask your insurance provider the following questions:

    • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

    • What percentage of therapy costs will be reimbursed?

    • Do I need to meet a deductible before reimbursement applies?

  • I accept Aetna, BCBS, self-pay, credit and debit cards, and HSA/FSA payments. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, explore what is bringing you to therapy, and begin creating a plan that feels right for you. There is no pressure, and you do not need to prepare anything in advance. Just come as you are, and we will start where you feel comfortable.
